About Mitch

I am Mitch, the person behind MNT. Located in Mount Maunganui, New Zealand.

Sport, travel, exercise, and food is what makes me tick. With an upbringing around sport I can relate, analyse and provide feedback on most sport.

Having experience in rugby, cricket, hockey, squash, triathlons, running and swimming. I understand what the body goes through pre and post event or game. I will talk and watch sport all day long if allowed. Summer is filled with hikes, cricket, pilates, golf, exercise and swimming. Whilst winter is filled with hockey, pilates, and exercise.

I have the following qualifications;

  • Diploma in sports massage therapy

  • Diploma in personal training

  • Diploma in nutrition & sports nutrition

From 2016 - 2024 I travelled and lived abroad, exploring different cultures and cuisines. I was able to travel, play sport, socialise and exercise.

Finding the key balance between fun and hard work is what I try achieve. Helping people become a better version of themselves is what I love and to be apart of someone’s health, wellness or fitness journey is very rewarding.

Everyone is unique with strengths and weaknesses. With daily discipline, habit stacking, a reason why and a little bit of hard work, you can smash your goals and reach new heights.
